Unicorn AIM VCT Plc announces that on 4 March 2004 it allotted and issued
227,410 new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription
at a price of 100p.  The new shares increase the issued share capital to
34,867,234 Ordinary Shares and 3,414,713 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
