Unicorn AIM VCT Plc announces that on 1 April 2004 it allotted and issued
1,998,808 new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for
subscription at a price of 100p.  The new shares increase the issued share
capital to 34,827,234 Ordinary Shares and 7,549,705 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
