Ukrproduct Group Ltd 06 September 2007 UKRPRODUCT GROUP LTD (THE "COMPANY") UKRPRODUCT STARTS DELIVERIES OF SKIMMED MILK POWDER UNDER UNITED NATIONS WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME The Company announces that it has started delivery of its high-grade skimmed milk powder ("SMP") for the United Nations World Food Programme ("UN WFP"). The assessment by the UN WFP inspectors confirmed that the production process and quality of SMP produced at the Company's new SMP facility at Starkon met UN WFP standards. The Company is the only such supplier under the UN WFP from Ukraine. The contract terms stipulate the delivery of up to 410 tonnes of SMP in four equal shipments until the end of 2007. The contract prices are fixed at the time of delivery of each shipment. Due to the higher quality product requirements, the contract carries a price premium over typical market prices charged by the Company on similar SMP contracts. Note: United Nations World Food Programme is a United Nations organisation dedicated to the alleviation of global food challenges. Set up in 1994, UN WFP's dual mission is to meet the food emergency needs of the victims of natural disasters, displaced people and the world's hungry and poor and to support economic and social development of the world.
