Transaction in own shares and Directors' dealings

Kyiv, Ukraine- Ukrproduct Group Limited ("Ukrproduct" or the "Company") (AIM: UKR), one of the leading producers and distributors of branded dairy products and beverages (kvass) in Ukraine today announced that it has acquired 1,144,550 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 9.5 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following this transaction, the Company holds a total of 3,144,800 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 39,673,049.

The Company further announces that it has received notification that the following directors have today acquired ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 9.5 p per share:
