                          UKRPRODUCT GROUP WINS TENDER
                FOR DELIVERY OF SKIMMED MILK POWDER TO KRAFT FOODS

Following the completion of the technical audit by Kraft Foods Ukraine ("Kraft
Foods") in October, the Group is pleased to announce that it has been informed
that it has won the public tender for the delivery of 60 tonnes of high-grade
skimmed milk powder ("SMP") to Kraft Foods. The consignment of SMP is due for
delivery before the end of December 2007. The directors believe that the
commercial terms of the agreement set a pricing precedent for the Group and
should increase the possibility of favourable, quality-orientated business with
Kraft Foods in the future.
