The Company has received notification from Fidelity Investments, dated 8
December 2006, that following a purchase of 1,300,000 A ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ('A Shares'), Fidelity International Limited and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, have an interest in
4,113,100 A Shares, representing approximately 7.63% of the Company's issued A
Shares.
