HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 24 October from VCF Fund Managers Limited
(the 'Manager') that, following purchases on 24 October 2005 totalling 750,000
ordinary 10p shares in the Company ('Shares') by Foresight 3 VCT plc, the
Manager now controls 15,683,555 Shares, representing approximately 29.27% of the
Company's Shares.
