HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 20 October from VCF Fund Managers Limited
(the 'Manager') that, following purchases on 20 October 2005 totalling 700,000
ordinary 10p shares in the Company ('Shares') by Foresight 2 VCT plc, TriVest
VCT plc and individuals connected with Foresight Venture Partners, the Manager
now controls 14,933,555 Shares, representing approximately 27.87% of the
Company's Shares.
