The Company has today received notification from Fidelity Investments, dated 1
November 2006, that following a purchase of 503,100 A ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ('A Shares'), Fidelity International Limited and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, have an interest in
2,163,100 A Shares, representing approximately 4.01% of the Company's issued A
Shares.
