The Company has today received notification that, following the recent placing,
Invesco Limited now holds 21,468,718 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, equivalent to 11.24 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.

The shares are registered in the names of JP Morgan Chase, which holds
11,168,963 ordinary shares, equivalent to 5.85 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of the Company and Citibank, which holds 10,299,755 ordinary
shares, equivalent to 5.39 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
