DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company has received notification of the following transactions by Directors
on 30 November 2005:

Mr John Uttley, director, purchased 2,476 ordinary A shares of 10p each in the
Company ('Shares') at 42p per share. Following this purchase Mr Uttley is
interested in 2,476 Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.

Mr David Dey, Chairman, purchased 22,087 Shares at 45.5p per share. Following
this purchase Mr Dey is interested in 39,557 Shares, representing approximately
0.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr David Wither, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 50,000 Shares
at 10p per share. Following this exercise, Mr Wither is interested in 72,575
Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued ordinary share
