DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS


On 1 March 2006, the Company granted share options to the following directors of
the company under the Company's EMI and Unapproved Share Option Schemes,
exercisable at the closing price on 1st March 2006 of 38p per Share. These
options may be exercised as to one third after 12 months, a further third after
2 years and the final third after 3 years from grant and the options shall
expire after 10 years from grant.
