Board Changes



The board of Sarantel PLC announces that Philip David, Bill Taylor and Colin
Tucker are stepping down from the board with immediate effect.



Geoff Shingles, Chairman, commented:

'We would like to thank Philip, Bill and Colin for their support and
contribution over this period and wish them well for the future.'
