ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 31,500 ordinary
A shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise of
options by a former employee.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary A shares,
and dealing are expected to commence on 28 July 2005.

Following this issue, the total issued ordinary share capital of the company
consists of:

Ordinary A Shares            52,476,062
Ordinary B shares             1,033,340
