ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,500 A
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise
of options.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued A ordinary shares,
and dealings are expected to commence on 16 September 2005.

Following this issue, the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company
consists of:

Ordinary A Shares         52,480,062
Ordinary B shares          1,036,340
