Potential equity raising - issue price

Further to the announcement by the Board of the Company on 14 December 2006
regarding a potential equity raising and the announcement today of the unaudited
Net Asset Value per share, the Board confirms that it is anticipated that the
potential equity raising will be undertaken at an issue price of 103p per new
share. It is expected that a further announcement on the progress of the
acquisition and the equity fund raising will be made by the Company in early
February 2007.
