Issue of equity

Utilico Investments Limited ("Utilico") announces the issue and allotment of 712 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares").  These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and have been issued and allotted following the exercise of 653 (2012) Warrants.  Application has been made for the Shares to be listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 7 April 2011.

Following the exercise of the (2012) warrants, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Utilico is 99,926,106.  The total number of 2012 warrants in issue stands at 3,587,964. 

The above figure (99,926,106) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Utilico under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
