Purchase of Utilico Finance ZDPs

On 17 April 2009 Utilico Limited purchased for investment purposes, 735,000 (2016) ZDPs in its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 85p per ZDP share.

As at 14 April 2009, the accrued capital entitlement of each (2016) ZDP share was 113.68p with a final capital entitlement on 31 October 2016 of 192.78p.

Following this purchase Utilico Limited holds 4,385,000 Utilico Finance (2016) ZDPs representing 11.7% of the (2016) ZDPs currently in issue.
