Board  changes

The Board of Directors of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Peter Burrows has today been appointed as a non executive Director of the Company.

Peter brings significant expertise as a longstanding investment professional and many years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. This background will be a valuable addition to the Utilico Investments' Board.

Warren McLeland has today stepped down as a non-executive Director of the Company. Mr McLeland's experience and strategic insight have been of great value to the Company over recent years and the Board is delighted that Mr McLeland has agreed to act as an alternate Director to Susan Hansen.

Peter, aged 64, is a Director of Bell Potter Securities Ltd, based in Australia.  Mr Burrows has many years' experience as a stockbroker and founded his own independent specialist client firm, Burrows Limited, in 1986.  Mr Burrows has been a Director of a number of other listed and unlisted companies.
