In advance of the proposed changes to the Capital Gains Tax legislation, Utilico
Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 27 March 2008 it was informed by Roger
Urwin, a non executive director of the Company, that on 27 March 2008 he sold
96,741 ordinary shares ('Shares') at a price of 245p per Share.  Dr Urwin
intends to repurchase these Shares at an appropriate time in future. Following
this transaction and prior to the repurchase, Dr Urwin's interests in the
Company comprise 23,690 Shares, 68,233 (2012) ZDP shares, 14,799 (2008) Warrants
and 5,294 (2012) Warrants.
