Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement made on 28 March 2008 relating to the sale of ordinary shares in Utilico Limited (the 'Company') by Roger Urwin, a non executive director of the Company, in advance of the recent changes to the Capital Gains Tax legislation, the Company announces that on 13 May 2008 it was informed by Roger Urwin, that on the same date, he repurchased 96,741 ordinary shares at a price of 247p per share. 

Following the above transaction and the exercise by Dr Urwin of 14,799 (2008) warrants on the final exercise date, Dr Urwin's interests in the Company comprise 135,230 ordinary shares, 68,233 (2012) ZDP shares and 5,294 (2012) warrants.
