Total Voting Rights

Tyman plc ("Tyman" or the "Company"), a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces that it has today allotted 8,478,128 ordinary shares in the Company with nominal value of £0.05.

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in Tyman.  For further details regarding the allotment of these shares, please see the Accelerated Book Build announcements made by Tyman on 15 June 2016.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Tyman announces that, on 21 June 2016 the Company's issued share capital consists of 178,582,513 shares of which 541,814 are held in Treasury.

Each share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Tyman.  Accordingly, excluding shares held as treasury shares, Tyman has total voting rights of 178,040,699.

The total voting rights in Tyman of 178,040,699 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
