Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 9 March 2016 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of 953,312 Tyman shares to holders of awards vesting on 8 March 2016, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 658,976 on 9 March 2016 at a price of £2.80326 per share.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 989,780 Ordinary Shares representing 0.58 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 169,562,571 Ordinary Shares.
