Lupus Capital plc ('Lupus') announces that, following purchases made
yesterday, it has a total holding of 1,200,000 shares in Time Products plc
representing 2.86% of the issued share capital.  The total cash consideration
for this holding was £1.73 million.  The purchase of the shares falls within
Lupus Capital's stated strategy and consideration is being satisfied from
Lupus's existing resources.
