               LUPUS CAPITAL PLC ('Lupus' or the 'Company')


Lupus was informed on 15 November 2000 by Advance Value Realisation Company 
Limited ('AVR') that on 14 November 2000 it sold 10,500,000 ordinary 0.5p
shares in Lupus ('Ordinary Shares').  This reduces AVR's holding in Lupus to
2,161,480 Ordinary Shares and consequently it no longer has a notifiable
interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

The holding is registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C AVRCL.
