Dividend and date of AGM

The Board of Lupus Capital plc announces that its recommended final
dividend of 0.264p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December
2004 will have an ex-dividend date of 22 June 2005 and will be
payable to shareholders on the register on 24 June 2005.  The
dividend will be paid on 18 July 2005.  This is subject to approval
at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 July 2005 at 3 p.m. at
the offices of Lawrence Graham, 190 Strand, London, WC2R 1JN.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be distributed to
shareholders in due course.
