Director/PDMR Shareholding

Mrs EM Hutchings has today bought 2.10m Lupus Capital plc shares and
the A & M Trust of Mr GF Hutchings' children has today bought 2.80m
Lupus Capital plc shares at 13.5p each, all from the personal holding
of Mr GF Hutchings.   As a result Mr Hutchings beneficially owns
26,766,666 Lupus shares (4.34%) of Lupus Capital plc share capital.
