Application has been made for 292,063 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ('Admission').

The new Ordinary Shares are those issued to Mr Michael Jackson  and Mr  Roland
Tate in  relation  to  their  annual fees  for  their  services  as non-
executive directors of the Company.

Admission is expected to become effective on 22 December 2006.
