The Company has today made application to the UK Listing Authority for admission
to the Official List of 2,100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each issued in June
2003 on the exercise of share options. Application has also been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to its market for listed
securities. As announced on 29 September 2003 the number of shares in issue
following the exercise of the options was 172,873,085.
