Further to the announcement made on 29 March 2006, Lupus today completed the
acquisition of the Schlegel building products business and accordingly the
Company's listing on the Official List was cancelled with effect from 8 a.m.
this morning and the enlarged issued share capital of the Company was
simultaneously admitted to trading on AIM.
