Rohan joined the Board when Tullow had a market capitalisation of £35 million and he has played an important role in each of the key milestones in our history. We thank him for his support of the business and management, his independence of mind and constructive challenge to the Board and particularly his effective Chairmanship of our Audit Committee through this critical phase of Tullow's existence. While Rohan is leaving our Board, I am very pleased he is not ending his wider relationship with Tullow as he will remain on our CSR Committee and as a Trustee of one of our pension funds.'
