TT electronics plc Sharesave Scheme

TT electronics plc ("the Company") announces that it has launched a Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") which is open to all employees in the UK subject to certain requirements. Participants can choose to save up to £250 a month over a 3 or 5 year period.

Pursuant to the Scheme, options were granted on 1 October 2010 at an option price of 114p per ordinary share of 25p each to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company, all of whom have chosen to save the maximum amount per month:

·    Shatish D Dasani, Timothy H Roberts, Andrew J Dick, Patrick Murray and Wendy J Sharp were each granted an option over 7,894 shares which will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2013 and 30 April 2014.

·    Geraint Anderson, Nigel A Brice, Paul Felbeck and James H Preston were each granted an option over 13,552 shares which will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2015 and 30 April 2016.
