Purchase of Own Securities

The Board of TT Group PLC announces that it has exercised part
of the authority to purchase its own shares given at the
Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 1999 by the Special
Resolution set out in the Notice of the Meeting on page 47 of
the Annual Report 1998.  TT Group PLC has acquired the
following ordinary shares for cancellation on Friday 7 April
2000:
