Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

TT electronics plc ("the Company") announces that on 27 October 2009 a conditional award of a maximum of 202,667 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company was made to Patrick Murray, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.

No consideration is payable for the award.

The award will vest in three years from the date of grant, subject to the achievement of the earnings per share and total shareholder return performance conditions as per the awards made in May 2009.
