TT electronics plc: Holding in Pressac plc



TT electronics plc announces that on Monday, 28 January and Tuesday, 29 January
2002 it has purchased 5,171,000 ordinary shares in Pressac plc at a price of 18p
per ordinary share, taking its total holding to 7,121,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 8% of the issued share capital.

TT electronics plc has taken advantage of the recent weakness of Pressac plc's
share price to average down the cost of its investment in the company.
