                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company has received notification that, following the death of his mother,
Mrs B L Crowe, on 12 November 2006, Mr D E A Crowe, a non-executive Director of
the Company, in his capacity as an executor of the estate of the deceased
shareholder, is deemed to have a non-beneficial interest in 3,600 ordinary
shares of 25p each of the Company ('Shares'), representing approximately 0.0023%
of the Company's issued Shares. The registered holder of these Shares is Ferlim
Nominees Limited A/C C1995.

Mr Crowe's beneficial holding of 48,454 Shares, representing approximately
0.031% of the Company's issued Shares, remains unchanged.
