TT electronics plc Sharesave Scheme

TT electronics plc ("the Company") operates a Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme"), designed to promote employee involvement and more closely align employees' interests with those of shareholders.  The Scheme, now in its second year, is open to all employees in the UK subject to certain requirements. Participants can choose to save up to £250 a month over a 3 or 5 year period.

Pursuant to the Scheme, an option was granted on 30 September 2011 at an option price of 130p per ordinary share of 25p to John Leighton-Jones, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company.  The option has been granted over 4,153 shares which will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2014 and 30 April 2015.
