TT Group PLC is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 May 2000 following
seven years of service and reaching the age of 60 the D E A Crowe will retire
from his executive director position, but continue with the board of TT Group
PLC in a non-executive role. In this capacity Mr Crowe will be a member of the
Audit and Remuneration Committees.
