We have today announced that Sir Laurie Magnus has become a non-Executive
Director of TT electronics plc.




Sir Laurie Magnus aged 45, is Vice Chairman of Lexicon Partners and previously
a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston, prior to which he was
Managing Director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette International.
