Annual Report and Accounts: Notice of Dividend Record Date


On 17 March 2008, the Board of TT electronics plc announced that it would be
recommending a final dividend of 6.36p per share, bringing the total for the
year to 10.05p. If approved, this dividend will be paid on 23 May 2008 to
shareholders on the register at 16 May 2008. Shares will therefore be quoted
ex-dividend from 14 May 2008.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM to be held on 14 May
2008 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
