Annual Report and Accounts: Notice of Dividend Record Date



On 19 March 2007, the Board of TT electronics plc announced that it would be
recommending a final dividend of 6.36p per share, bringing the total for the
year to 10.05p.  If approved, this dividend will be paid on 25 May 2007 to
shareholders on the register at 18 May 2007.  Shares will therefore be quoted
ex-dividend from 16 May 2007.



Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM to be held on 16 May
2007 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at:
