Blocklisting Application



Pursuant to the TT electronics plc 2004 Inland Revenue Approved Company Share
Option Plan May 2004, and 2004 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan May 2004,
application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of,
and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 897,617 ordinary shares of
25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') to the Official List.


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares.  The Ordinary Shares will be issued as employees exercise their Options
granted in May 2004 under the 2004 Inland Revenue Approved Company Share Option
Plan and the 2004 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan.
