On 16 January 2014, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc bought back 250,000 ordinary shares in the market at a price of 61.75 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

234,728,445 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

7,329,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury

242,057,445 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
