GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 3 April 2008 Glasgow Income Trust plc purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in
the market at 65.5 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:



121,842,517 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
100,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury
121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
