GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC


The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of
1.138p per share (2007 - 1.105p per share) in respect of the year to 30
September 2008 payable on 30 April 2008 to shareholders on the register at close
of business on 11 April 2008.
