The Company announces that, on 16 April 2010, 250,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each held in treasury were issued for cash at a price of 49.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

115,801,182 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

6,141,335 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
