The Company announces that, on 8 July 2011, 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each held in treasury were issued for cash at a price of 53.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

118,216,432 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

3,726,085 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
