Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.60p per share (2015 - 0.575p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2016 payable on 29 July 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 July 2016.

This third interim dividend represents a 4.3% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2015. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2016. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.60p per share.
