Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.525p per share (2012 - 0.5p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2013 payable on 26 July 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 July 2013.

This third interim dividend represents a 5.0% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2012. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2013. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.525p per share.
