GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.138p per share (2007 - 1.105p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2008 payable on 31 July 2008 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 11 July 2008. The ex dividend date is 9 July 2008.

Glasgow Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited.
